- It only requires clean water to produce a lightweight, low-permeability, medium-strength mortar and can be used to repair building facades, for overhead and vertical repairs to soffits, decks and columns and also for repairs to voids and honeycombed areas. The fibre and polymer modified product offers high build properties, up to 100mm vertically and 75mm overhead, without the need for formwork.
