weber.cem keycoat

weber.cem keycoat is a single-component polymer-modified, cementitious bonding aid and steel reinforcement primer. Water is added to produce a bonding slurry for the weber.cem range of repair mortars, cementitious screeds, renders and new to old concrete.
more:
The keycoat contains migrating corrosion inhibitors to protect the steel reinforcement within the repair zone and reduce the rate of corrosion within the repair area. The product provides excellent adhesion strengths and acts as a holding primer for steel reinforcement prior to the application of repair materials. It can also be used to bond new to old concrete and enhance the bond of cementitious repair mortars, renders and screeds to concrete. In addition, it complies with BS EN 1504-3.

weber.cem HB30
weber.cem HB30 is a single-component, polymer-modified, high-build cementitious mortar. It is designed for concrete repairs to facades where high compressive strength is not a major consideration.
more:
It only requires clean water to produce a lightweight, low-permeability, medium-strength mortar and can be used to repair building facades, for overhead and vertical repairs to soffits, decks and columns and also for repairs to voids and honeycombed areas. The fibre and polymer modified product offers high build properties, up to 100mm vertically and 75mm overhead, without the need for formwork. It is easy to apply, with excellent application properties and also provides excellent long-term dimensional stability. In addition, it complies with the requirements of BS EN 1504-3:R3 mortar.

weber.cem fairing coat
weber.cem fairing coat is a pre-blended, single-component, polymer-modified cementitious mortar needing only to be mixed with water to produce a high quality surface levelling mortar and pore filler for nearly every concrete surface.
more:
The product can be used to smooth new and old concrete surfaces, infilling surface imperfections. It can also be used to repair concrete surfaces damaged by frost, as well as scoured or patched concrete surfaces to create a smooth and level finish. weber.cem fairing coat offers good adhesion to prepared concrete and is easy to apply as it does not slump or slip. It can be used as either pore filler or a levelling mortar and allows water vapour to escape, preventing blistering. It is compliant with BS EN 1504-3.

weber.cote EC
weber.cote EC is a single-part aqueous exterior coating. Based on an acrylic elastomer, it is used to provide a protective and decorative finish to exposed concrete and other surfaces.
more:
It allows water vapour diffusion to prevent blistering and can be applied to both vertical and sloping concrete and to most external building surfaces. It will bridge stable cracks up to 3mm wide with high build capability of up to 0.5mm thickness offering greater depth than most other coatings to give better resistance to movement. The coating is available in a range of colours with good colour retention and has a life expectancy in excess of 15 years. It has also been formulated to comply with the requirements of BS EN 1504-2.
